EMERGING PROFESSION // FOUNDED THROUGH FIELD WORK
Operational Intelligence Systems Architect
The AI engineer builds the worker. The OISA builds the operating company the worker needs.
An OISA designs, installs, governs, measures, and continuously improves the operating system connecting human experts, AI workers, software, evidence, authority, exceptions, recovery, telemetry, and organizational intent.
AI companies provide digital workers. OISAs design the organizations those workers require. NULLWORKS is building the field standard, proof system, and governed work-cell installation method around that role.
HOW THE PUBLIC SYSTEM FITS TOGETHER
The role is only the first layer.
01 // ROLEOISAThe professional function that designs and governs the whole operating system.Open →02 // PRODUCTOI SUITeThe model-agnostic operating layer installed around humans, AI workers, evidence, and authority.Open →03 // DEPLOYMENTOI Work CellsBounded implementations inside real workflows with measurable outcomes and clear review paths.Open →04 // PROOFReceiptsField artifacts, corrections, failures, telemetry, and before-and-after operating evidence.Open →
Truth boundary: OISA is an emerging category under active field definition. It is not yet a universally recognized credential or accredited profession. The title alone proves nothing; competence must be demonstrated through field artifacts, human authority, evidence discipline, recovery, measured outcomes, and honest limitations.
